Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will focus on building new business, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth. If you're comfortable making cold calls, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, this is the role for you

Duties & Responsibilities:

Make multiple outbound calls daily to potential clients to uncover new opportunities.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Research potential leads using tools like Panjiva, Manta, and web searches.
Qualify leads by following up with prospect accounts and identifying decision-makers.
Maintain and grow your book of business by following up with existing clients via phone and email.
Present the company’s various divisions to uncover new opportunities.
Answer questions from potential clients and handle follow-up calls.
Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and meet targets.
Track biweekly revenue performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Build a strong pipeline that includes all divisions.
Enter new customer data, update information, log calls, and create pricing agreements in the CRM.
Maintain a weekly calendar of client interactions and follow-ups.
Re-engage lost business and uncover new opportunities with existing clients.
Help maintain a presence in open territories by identifying key customers and trends.
Pass qualified leads to the appropriate team members and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with new people.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Persuasive and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently.
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
