Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Spanish Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable processes. You will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.

  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish to resolve billing inquiries and disputes.

  • Prepare and send out statements and reminders for overdue accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain and update customer accounts in the accounting system.

  • Analyze aged receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., AS400, QuickBooks, SAP).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
