Job Description

Set up and run large and small automatic and manual presses using a wide variety of dies and different types of materials, stamping required piece parts.

Hard Skills
  • Set up and run automatic and manual presses
  • Adjust servo for proper material height
  • Load material onto unwind stand and run through material straightener
  • Pull material coils up to 800 lbs.
  • Adjust and mount safety equipment
  • Maintain SPC Data sheets
  • Check piece parts for proper dimensions
  • Maintain equipment by checking oil levels, greasing, and inspecting for wear
  • Run in-die tapping dies and check threads using gages and pins
  • Utilize pallet jack, hydraulic forklift, and other related equipment
