Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate printing presses to produce high-quality products
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of products being produced
  • Train new employees on press operation and maintenance
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment
  • Collaborate with quality control team to maintain specified quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in printing press operation or related field
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for lengthy periods
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to read tape measure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with anilox rollers, cylinders, and tension controls
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols
  • Ability to read and understand production orders and materials
  • Basic mechanical skills and ability to learn new equipment
