Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Set up CNC machines (lathe, mill, etc.) according to job specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files.
  • Input and modify CNC programs as needed to optimize machining processes.
  • Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure machines are operating efficiently.
  • Report any major machine issues to the maintenance team.
