Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Precision Machinist to join our team at Carolina Precision Technologies, LLC in Warminster, PA. As a Precision Machinist, you will be responsible for operating CNC Swiss screw machines, loading and unloading parts per program, inspecting parts per print and in-process documentation, and maintaining a safe work environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 11 pm. You will be part of a dynamic production team that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC Swiss screw machine equipment with precision and accuracy.
  • Load and unload parts per program, ensuring efficient production processes.
  • Inspect parts per print and in-process documentation, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, clearing chips and debris regularly.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a machine shop environment, preferably with Swiss machinery knowledge.
  • Proficient use of micrometers, gaging, and comparator tools.
  • Familiarity with Citizen machinery and programming experience is a plus.
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; proficiency in general math and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, based on industry standards and location. This compensation package includes a signing bonus.
