Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBusy team is in need of a Claims Specialist to join their team to support a variety of specialized and analytical duties involved in managing claims. As a Claims Specialist with this team, you will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and processing Workers Compensation, Automobile & General Liability claims which includes maintaining case history documentation, contacting, and interviewing involved parties, and serving as a technical resource to employees. For this position as a Claims Specialist you must have prior experience with Workers Compensation and Vehicle Repair, strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, previous experience with Smartsheets or other EHS platforms, as well as prior work with TPA's and Liability Insurance carriers. Keys to success in this Claims Specialist role include detail orientation, strong problem-solving skills, ability to meet deadlines and work independently, as well as stellar communication skills.
