We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
3. Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including hiring subcontractors, working with engineers and architects, securing building permits, and complying with all building codes and regulations.
4. Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Electrical Project Manager role, you will need the following:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role within the Electrical construction industry.
2. Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time and on budget.
3. Exceptional knowledge of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
4. Proficiency in project management software tools.
