Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Los Angeles, California. The selected candidate will be part of our dynamic team, operating in a hybrid work model. The role primarily involves data entry, data clean-up, and data tracking tasks, with an emphasis on maintaining accurate customer records and processing customer applications.

Responsibilities:

• Handle data entry tasks efficiently and accurately
• Perform regular data clean-up activities to ensure data integrity
• Track customer-related data and maintain comprehensive records
• Utilize platforms like Salesforce for data-entry tasks
• Resolve customer inquiries proactively and promptly
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required
• Leverage Google Workspace and Officer Suite for various tasks
• Use software like QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle for account reconciliation
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Oversee billing processes and invoice processing.• Possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or relevant field.
• Demonstrated skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proficient in Billing procedures and Data Entry tasks.
• Experience with Invoice Processing is a must.
• Strong expertise in using Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks.
• Familiarity with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP software platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Must have a valid work authorization.
