Weld Supervisor

- Candidates will oversee 8 employees and perform welding tasks as needed, which will be daily.
- The role involves TIG welding on stainless steel connectors, with a variety of part sizes, including diameters from a quarter inch to 20 inches and lengths from 6 inches to 20 feet.
- The products are primarily for HVAC systems
- Organized shop, typical manufacturing weld shop environment.
- Smaller feel where everyone works together.
