Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team located in Irvine, California. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be tasked with a broad range of responsibilities that involve the processing and managing of payroll activities. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling and resolving employee inquiries and complaints related to payroll.
• Managing and executing the entire process of W-2 processing from start to finish.
• Processing timecards accurately and in a timely manner.
• Analyzing and resolving payroll discrepancies including pay, deductions, and withholdings.
• Overseeing the reconciliation of payroll benefits and deductions.
• Preparing, processing, and filing payroll taxes.
• Utilizing accounting software systems to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
• Proactively identifying potential payroll challenges and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Handling special projects related to payroll and employee benefits administration as needed.
• Applying knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Crystal Reports in the execution of duties.• Demonstrated proficiency with Accounting Software Systems
• Expertise in ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
• Experience with Ceridian software
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports
• Understanding of 401k - RRSP Administration
• Proficiency in About Time software
• Experience with Accounting Functions
• Skill in Auditing
• Familiarity with Benefit Functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
