Description:

Are you an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist eager to utilize remote technology to provide exceptional therapy services? VocoVision, a leading teletherapy provider, is seeking a Virtual SLP to join our team and deliver high-quality services to students in Pennsylvania. This role offers remote flexibility, enabling you to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working from the comfort of your own home.

Details:

  • Start: Immediate
  • End: End of School Year (EOY) with potential for extension
  • Work Environment: Fully remote
  • Hours: Flexible, based on caseload requirements
  • Caseload: Students from various districts in Pennsylvania, of varying ages and needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations using VocoVision's teletherapy platform
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within VocoVision's secure platform

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Previous teletherapy experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong technology skills and familiarity with teletherapy platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Must own PC/Laptop with high-speed Internet and Zoom video capabilities (iPads, Tablets, and Google Chromebooks will not support our platform)
  • Pennsylvania teaching certificate in addition to licensure
  • Successfully pass a technical screening
  • Comfortable with a 1099 contract role
