At Sunbelt Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech therapy services to K-12 students across Pennsylvania.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SLP who is passionate about supporting students' communication needs and working in a remote setting. As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess and diagnose students with speech and language disorders, design individualized therapy plans, and deliver interactive and engaging speech therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct virtual evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Treatment Planning: Create individualized therapy plans based on student assessments and goals, taking into account their unique needs and learning styles.
  • Therapy Sessions: Deliver high-quality, online speech therapy sessions that cater to the diverse needs of K-12 students.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with educators and parents to align on therapy goals and strategies, ensuring seamless support for students.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Licensure: Must hold an active Pennsylvania SLP license.
  • Certification: ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience working in schools or with children is beneficial.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual communication tools is essential.
