Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide remote speech therapy services to K-12 students across Pennsylvania.

About the Role

This fully remote position offers the chance to support students' communication needs while working from home. The ideal candidate will have experience working in schools or with children and be comfortable using teletherapy platforms and virtual communication tools.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct virtual evaluations to assess students' speech and language disorders.
  • Treatment Planning: Create individualized therapy plans based on student assessments and goals.
  • Therapy Sessions: Deliver interactive and engaging speech therapy in an online setting.
  • Collaboration: Partner with educators and parents to align on therapy goals and strategies.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor and document student improvements and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Licensure: Must have an active Pennsylvania SLP license.
  • ASHA Certification: CCC-SLP is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience working in schools or with children is beneficial.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and virtual communication tools.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability.
