Position Overview:
As an Assistant Electrical Construction Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager in ensuring seamless communication with the site coordinator and maintaining strong relationships with General Contractor Superintendents and office staff. You will assist in overseeing the direction, completion, and financial aspects of various projects, working closely with foremen and field staff. Your proactive approach will contribute to the successful execution of projects and the development of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager in upholding project objectives, policies, and performance benchmarks.
  • Assist in overseeing field staff and foremen, ensuring efficient job administration.
  • Ensure compliance with E.W. Audet & Sons’ safety protocols.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving project conflicts.
  • Help ensure adherence to code standards.
  • Maintain logs and documentation to track project progression.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in electrical construction or a related field.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • A combination of relevant education, training, and experience is welcome.
