Senior Construction Professional Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Superintendent to join our construction team. This role involves coordinating daily on-site activities, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and tracking work progress.

About the Job:
  • Review and understand project plans and specifications to ensure field work meets contract requirements.
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractor work, providing clarification as needed.
  • Schedule regular meetings with subcontractors to review schedules, scopes, and coordination.
Responsibilities & Expectations
  • Coordinate and monitor all work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, schedule, and site safety.
  • Manage project costs and notify project managers of non-budgeted expenses.
  • Maintain accurate As-Built Drawings in Procore throughout the project.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in construction (10 years preferred)
  • Proficient computer skills and email
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • OSHA 10/30 certification
  • EM385-1-1 certification
  • CPR/First-Aid certification
Additional Skills & Experience
  • Experience in construction management and supervision
  • Commercial construction experience and general contractor management
  • Ground-up construction experience and construction safety knowledge
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Aerotek offers weekly pay, employee benefits including medical, dental & vision, life insurance, health advocacy, and employee assistance programs.
