Full Time Speech Language Pathologist(SLP)

We are seeking a full time Speech Language Pathologist SLPto join our team This position is nearour Oregon, Illinoislocation You will evaluate and/or treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency disorders, head injury, stroke, aphasia and AAC. This is a 40 hour week position that can be broken up into whatever suites your family life. We offer benefits to all of our employees of at least 30 hours a week Make your schedule and we fill it for you, we supply needed materials and obtain all authorizations and bill for you

This is a therapist owned and run pany There is no traveling, patients e to you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders
  • Implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of munication disorders
  • Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients
  • Document and store treatment plans and progress reports
  • Update patient progress to relevant parties
  • Research related speech and language problems

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the field of speech pathology
  • Familiarity with munication disorders
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Excellent written and verbal munication skills
  • Positive and patient demeanor
  • Masters degree in speech pathology for SLP's

Preferred Qualifications:
Willingness to train.
