Caseload: Districtwide, approximately 70 students
Caseload Disabilities: All areas including EBD, LD, DCD, ASD, etc.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in North St. Paul, MN. This full-time position involves working districtwide with a caseload of approximately 70 students. The OT will support students with a range of disabilities, including Emotional Behavioral Disorders (EBD), Learning Disabilities (LD), Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Therapy Services: Deliver occupational therapy to students across the district, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
  • Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into students educational programs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and student progress.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapy licensure required.
  • Experience with a diverse range of disabilities and K-12 students preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
