- Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and activities of daily living
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create comprehensive support plans

- Monitor and track student progress, and adjust therapy techniques as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Minnesota state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working with school-aged children in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong knowledge of sensory processing, motor development, and functional skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
