Cloud System Administrator

Responsibilities:
• Administering Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
• Managing user accounts, troubleshooting any issues, and providing end-user support
• Processing change requests and managing integration issues
• Ensuring the cleanliness and accuracy of Salesforce data by merging duplicate files and performing batch updates
• Collaborating with all users and business groups to understand needs and implement solutions
• Customizing configurations for experience cloud to enhance user experience
• Conducting testing of system enhancements to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Creating and managing dashboards for easy data visualization and tracking
• Utilizing critical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex issues and adapt to changing directions
• Leveraging Salesforce Administration skills to optimize system performance and user experience• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Cloud System Administrator role or similar.
• Proficient in Salesforce Administration, including setting up, configuring and managing Salesforce environments.
• Experience in Salesforce Configuration, able to effectively customize Salesforce to meet business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to handle Salesforce Implementations, from planning to execution.
• Skilled in Salesforce Integration, with the ability to connect Salesforce with other software and systems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, with the ability to leverage its features for sales processes.
• Capability to provide User Support, assisting users in using Salesforce and troubleshooting issues.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in Stakeholder Communications, effectively communicating with stakeholders regarding Salesforce-related matters.
• Demonstrated ability in Stakeholder Engagement, actively involving stakeholders in Salesforce projects.
• Ability to work with various Stakeholders, understanding their needs and addressing their concerns.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, with the ability to use its features for marketing, sales, and service.
