We are rapidly expanding throughout the Southeast and looking to add to our amazing team Are you ready to own your book of business? Do you want to design, build and execute your territory plan? SUMMARY
Our Account Executives are driven to achieve more, move fast and win The team is responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients and prospects. This means hitting the phones, getting in front of stakeholders and always driving to not just close the deal , but to open the door to new sales. Our team is always focused on what is right for the client, for their company and for themselves. We’ll supply you with all the tools, training & support you need to win, all while you’ll be building and managing your book of business, directly influencing your (substantial) earnings.
Responsibilities
- Hitting the phone. Hard – we like people who like people. We also like people who like money. Hit the phones and bring in the revenue
- Chasing every lead and every sales opportunity – Our system and processes are designed to give you every opportunity to sell – capitalize on it
- Not being afraid to fail – we have the tools to drive you towards your earning goals and make adjustments along the way
- Attention to detail - Organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment are going to be critical not only for your success but for those of the recruiting team supporting you
- Being social – deals close everywhere – on the phone, in an office, on the shop floor and over coffee/beers
- Bringing the positive attitude - working closely with internal recruiters to find & fill job orders.
- Behaving ethically & responsibly – We all want to chase the next sale, but not at the expense of our integrity
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Must be a hunter comfortable with live appointments
- 5+ years of B2B Sales experience – Any industry
- BA/BS/MBA preferred
- Demonstrated ability to land and expand accounts
