A leading legal practice specializing in personal injury litigation. With a strong commitment to justice and exceptional client service, we have consistently achieved successful outcomes for our clients.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This Paralegal will focus on assisting attorneys with cases to ensure the efficient and timely progression of the different stages of pre-litigation. Ideal candidate will have personal injury knowledge and also be Bi-Lingual/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients from the beginning of the case through the pre-litigation process.

  • Communicate with treating doctors and medical providers.

  • Prepare and manage legal documents, correspondence, and filings in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Assist attorneys in pre-litigation activities.

  • Identify, research, and analyze relevant laws and legal issues.

  • Track case progress and deadlines and update attorneys accordingly.

  • Utilize case management software and database systems to organize and manage case information.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Three years of personal injury pre-litigation paralegal experience preferred, but not required.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.

  • Self-starter with extreme attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to case management.

  • Ability to handle large and complex caseloads.

  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Must be diligent and positive worker, able to work in a team atmosphere, positive, self-starter and eager to learn and advance.

Pay is commensurate with experience with bonus opportunities.

MUST have law firm experience. Personal Injury experience preferred but not required, knowledge of Personal Injury is required.
