Job Title: Associate Attorney Personal Injury (Open to Experience Levels)

About the Role:


We are seeking motivated and dynamic attorneys at any experience level—from fresh graduates to seasoned professionals—to join our team. Whether you have 0-1 year of experience or 5-10 years, we offer a unique opportunity to grow and thrive in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. As part of our team, you’ll be mentored under senior attorneys, receive hands-on training, and quickly progress to managing a diverse caseload of 80-120 cases.


Compensation and Structure:

  • Train under a senior attorney for 30 days, after which you'll manage your caseload independently.
  • Once you generate $300K in firm fees, you’ll transition to a bonus-only structure:
  • 10% of fees up to $1M.
  • 15% of fees beyond $1M, with the potential to earn $250K on $2M in fees.
  • Attorneys also receive 20% on cases they originate, handling $3M-$4M in fees annually.
  • Discretionary trial bonuses.
  • All payments are made when the firm receives fees.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely progress on each case.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain organized client files and provide ongoing updates to clients, attorneys, and paralegals.
  • Engage in client communication, ensuring top-tier service and client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Bar membership.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Prior experience in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury is beneficial but not required.
