Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Richmond, Illinois. This role offers 8 hours per week with a very flexible schedule. The BCBA will work to help behavior aides and paraprofessionals bee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), provide supervision once they are certified, and conduct staff training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist behavior aides and paraprofessionals in the process of being RBTs.
  • Provide supervision and support for newly certified RBTs.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on behavioral strategies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Experience working in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong munication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and support personnel.

Pay: $50-$55/hour, mensurate with experience.
