We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Richmond, IL. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on staff and student behavior.
Job Summary:The BCBA will work closely with behavior aides and paraprofessionals to assist them in becoming Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Once certified, the BCBA will provide supervision and support to ensure their success. Additionally, the BCBA will conduct training sessions for staff on behavioral strategies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist behavior aides and paraprofessionals in the process of becoming RBTs.
- Provide supervision and support for newly certified RBTs.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on behavioral strategies and best practices.
- Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and support personnel.
- Flexible work schedule to accommodate your needs.
