Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Needed in Braintree, MA

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Braintree, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Setting: 3 Elementary Schools

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate BCBA to join our team in Braintree, MA. This role involves working with students who have significant behavioral needs across three elementary schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultative behavioral and evaluative services for prevention and intervention within the school setting.
  • Collaborate with other providers on behavior plans, curriculum modifications, accommodations, and social skills development.
  • Develop, review, and edit IEP goals focused on behavioral needs.
  • Train, model, and coach school staff on implementing skill acquisition and behavior change procedures and protocols.
  • Responsible for data collection, analysis, and supporting teachers and staff in these processes.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with students with significant behavioral needs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
