As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily routines, administering medication, and promoting independence.

* Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
* Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines
* Support individuals in becoming more involved in their communities
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Current C.N.A. certificate or H.H.A. Certificate valid in Massachusetts
* Strong time management and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
