Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at a vibrant restaurant located in the heart of Times Square, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-volume dining establishments and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage a diverse team, drive operational excellence, and maintain the restaurant’s reputation for quality and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Train, mentor, and develop front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or feedback promptly to enhance the dining experience.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and controlling stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu execution aligns with quality standards and seasonal offerings.
  • Analyze financial reports, manage labor and operational costs, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and enhance the restaurant's presence in the community.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team building and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and financial reporting.
