Position Overview:
- Location: Washington, MO
- Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
- Hourly Pay Rate: $40-60/hr
- Start Date: Immediate opening
- Caseload: K-12 students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Weekly Pay: Reliable paychecks issued every Friday

Key Qualifications:
- Active Missouri SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience working in a school environment preferred, but not required
- Strong munication and collaboration skills
- A passion for helping students improve their speech, language, and munication skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students in K-12, addressing a range of speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each students unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to track student progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans
- Maintain a positive, encouraging environment where students feel supported in improving their munication skills
