Speech Language Pathologist Position in DC, MD, and VA

We are a private practice and NPA (Non-public agency) with decades of experience providing quality speech services in pediatrics.
Job SummaryThis Full-time or Part-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available in the DMV area for school-based assignments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients and providing treatment in a school setting.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans, goals, and treatment for speech/language disorders.
- Evaluate and implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders.
- Provide direct therapy and write clinical SOAP notes.
- Attend and write IEPs as needed.
- Supervise a CF or SLPA if required.
- Current SLP License for D.C., MD, or VA.
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Familiarity with communication disorders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with patients and clinical staff.
$50-$65 per hour, competitive compensation package including mileage reimbursement, professional growth opportunities, and benefits such as paid time off and 401K matching.
