We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our recycling management team. This unique role requires a deep understanding of machinery maintenance and calibration, with a focus on conveyor and motor systems. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of practical skills, technical knowledge, and a proven track record in managing maintenance operations. This position is integral to our business operations, ensuring our financial machinery and equipment are always running at optimal performance.

As a Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the maintenance and repair of all machinery and equipment related to our financial operations, including conveyor systems, motors, and other machinery.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Manager position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in machinery maintenance, specifically in conveyor and motor systems.
2. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a maintenance environment.
3. Proficiency in calibration of machinery and equipment.
4. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to machinery maintenance.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
9. Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in machinery maintenance.
10. Relevant certifications or training in machinery maintenance or a related field would be an added advantage.
