We have an exciting opportunity for an organized, self-motivated, and proactive professional to join us as an Office Administrator at our Fort Wayne, IN office. This is a temporary to permanent role that provides general administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact by answering and directing phone calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Set up new jobs and extras, and create shippers as needed.
  • Manage wage equalization tasks.
  • Oversee all aspects of accounts payable, including creating and editing purchase orders, setting up new vendors, managing incoming vendor invoices and inquiries.
  • Enter credit card receipts diligently and accurately to maintain records.
  • Organize and maintain an effective filing system for both paper and electronic documents.
  • Handle the shipping and receiving of parcels via USPS/FedEx; track deliveries as necessary.
  • Order and stock office supplies to ensure the office is always well equipped.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience within an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
