Job Description

Accurately and efficiently pull, stage, and load orders, ensuring all products are shipped in good physical condition and prepared to arrive in the same condition. Work with team members to organize the warehouse and maintain a safe and productive environment. Report supply needs and equipment breakdowns to the supervisor or lead, and operate a pallet jack.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately pull, stage, and load orders.
  • Ensure all shipped products are in good physical condition.
  • Pad, wrap, bolt, and strap products as necessary.
  • Organize the warehouse and maintain a safe, productive environment.
  • Report supply needs and equipment breakdowns to the supervisor or lead.
  • Operate a pallet jack.
Essential Skills
  • 6 months of manufacturing experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Effective communication skills in English (speak, read, write, and understand).
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with shipping and receiving.
  • Forklift operation.
  • Inventory control.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems.
