Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional to join our People & Organization department, focusing on recruiting efforts for exempt and niche positions. If you have a passion for networking and a genuine desire to build partnerships with business leaders, candidates, and industry groups, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct strategy calls to determine selection criteria for various positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and job postings.
  • Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
  • Work closely with hiring managers to create impactful job descriptions and relevant interview questions tailored to each role.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness as an employer.
  • Organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events to engage with potential candidates.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, educational partners, and business leaders.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Professional or in a similar role.
  • Proficient with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g., Factory Fix, LinkedIn).
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and their functionalities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong sourcing and presentation skills.
  • A solid understanding of the nuances between various roles within organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in recruiting for specialized or technical roles.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Previous experience with employer branding and talent engagement strategies.
Certifications:
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or related fields is preferred.
