We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior/Lead Recruiter to join our team. This role will involve mentoring junior recruiters, contributing to strategic recruitment initiatives, and driving business results. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
  • Talent Management: Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters, foster a culture of excellence, and promote professional development within the team.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their talent needs, develop targeted recruitment solutions, and drive business growth.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Analyze recruitment metrics, provide insights to stakeholders, and inform data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and industry trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
