Office Manager

We are looking for a proactive and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Needham, Massachusetts at a reputable accounting and finance firm. In this role, you will be tasked with providing administrative support, managing office organization, and handling client-facing duties. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality in all work-related and personnel matters. This role with be in-office with Friday's in the summer off.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior partners, accountants, and staff
- Assist with constant organization of the office; including but not limited to: client files, invoices, documents, office supplies, etc.
- Carry out administrative duties; including but not limited to: answering the phone, taking detailed messages, collecting new client information, proof-reading documents, editing documents, working with software, filing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Client facing duties; including but not limited to: phone calls, receiving documents, assisting with software, requesting signatures, uploading/downloading documents, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of all work-related and personnel matters
- Bookkeeping for clients (QuickBooks experience is a plus; however, willing to train)
- Constant attention to detail and keeping track of records
- Inputting information into software and/or spreadsheets
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proven time management and prioritization skills and meet deadline
- Experience in the accounting industry, huge plus
