Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm NO WEEKENDS
Position Summary:

The Director of the Students to BCBA Program oversees the development and implementation of a curriculum for students transitioning from RBT to BCBA. Responsibilities include supervising BCBA supervisors, managing a small caseload of clients, ensuring high client engagement, and assigning students to appropriate teams. The role also involves delivering one CEU per year and assisting with quarterly performance reviews to support staff development and quality ABA services.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Oversight: Develop and update BCBA curriculum, ensuring alignment with ABA standards.
Supervision: Conduct monthly audits and provide guidance to BCBA supervisors.
Case Management: Oversee a caseload of RBT-level students and provide mentorship.
Client Caseload: Manage 6-7 clients, delivering 20 billable hours weekly.
Student Placement: Assign students to teams based on skills and needs.
Professional Development: Deliver one CEU session annually.
Performance Reviews: Assist with quarterly staff performance reviews.
Must be familiar with KPIs
