Director of Students to BCBA

The Director of the Students to BCBA Program is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating a curriculum for students transitioning from RBT to BCBA certification. This role involves supervising BCBA supervisors, directly managing a small client caseload, and ensuring high client engagement. The Director will allocate students to teams, guide their professional development, and deliver one CEU annually. Additionally, they will assist in quarterly performance reviews for staff. This position is essential to advancing ABA therapy, training the next generation of BCBAs, and delivering impactful services for children with autism.
Key Responsibilities
Student Mentorship: Supervise RBT-level students, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
Client Caseload: Manage 6-7 clients, providing 20 billable hours per week with 80%+ engagement.
Curriculum Development: Design and assess curriculum for student development.
Team Coordination: Assign students to appropriate teams to maximize learning and outcomes.
Professional Development: Deliver one CEU per year and assist with staff performance reviews.
Required:
Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Active BCBA certification
Preferred:
Experience in curriculum design, student supervision, or behavioral education
At least 1 years as a BCBA, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
