Our client, a fast-growing company based in Flower Mound, TX, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions

  • Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts

  • Process monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings

  • Handle vendor inquiries, payments, and discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner

  • Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies

  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and internal controls

  • Assist with audits and other financial reviews as needed

  • Provide general accounting support to internal departments and management

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
