Senior BCBA

We are now interviewing for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) positionJoin our dynamic team and work with a K-12 caseload, providing essential behavioral support and creating positive learning environments.

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for K-12 students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student needs.
• Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations for behavioral interventions.

• Active BCBA certification.
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience working with a K-12 student population, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
