Job Overview

Action Behavior Centers is a leading provider of ABA therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BCBA to join our team as a Clinical Director or Senior BCBA.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care and case management for children on the autism spectrum, conducting comprehensive assessments and creating tailored treatment plans.
  • Lead a team of Registered Behavior Therapists, mentoring staff and ensuring clinical quality and collaboration with families.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Requirements:
  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or eligibility to sit for the exam within one month.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA, with a strong background in autism care and ABA therapy.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
