About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as an ABA Apprentice. This is an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates or individuals nearing graduation with a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with indirect supervision tasks, ensuring the highest level of quality care for clients.
  • Conduct therapy sessions with clients under the guidance of senior BCBAs, honing skills in behavioral analysis and intervention.
  • Support BCBA colleagues by providing training and education to staff and caregivers, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Analyze client data and assist with parent communication, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Engage in ongoing research and literature review to stay up-to-date on best practices in behavior analysis, informing program development and improvement.
  • Oversight of implementation of behavior-analytic programs by junior staff members, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Masters-level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field, nearing completion or within six months post-graduation.
  • Active RBT certification, with a commitment to obtaining BCBA certification.
  • Reliable transportation, as travel may be required.
  • Preferrably, completion of 75% of BACB supervision requirements, demonstrating a strong foundation in behavior analysis principles and practices.
