Scope of Work:
DESIGN, WRITE EDIT, and facilitate LEARNING CONTENT.
Develop engaging content in alignment with the learning plan. Content-type examples include presentations, facilitator guides, reference guides, meeting-in-a-box, video scripts, and knowledge checks.
Partner closely with subject matter experts/contacts for the business (both inside and outside the ECMO) to develop content in alignment with the learning plan.
Work with legacy learning materials
Will blend with FTE employees to handle new requests

Top Qualifications:
Strong Writing and Grammar skills (Resume will be used as an example of grammatical aptitude)
Advanced skills in MS Word and MS PowerPoint (PowerPoint and Word Tests provided with resumes will be given priority)
Experience writing adult learning materials
JIRA
MS SharePoint
Creative design, visual layouts, WF Brand Standards
Facilitation skills and experience delivering formal training programs to various audiences in a learning and development capacity.
Experience:
4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations, or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience Formal Learning and Development experience is needed for this role.
Shift: Business Standard Hours

Physical Work Location: 550 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28202 - Hybrid (3 days in/ 2 days remote)

Anticipated Duration: 3-month assignment with possible extension based on performance.

Pay Rate: $49.84 p/hr
