MTSS Facilitator

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MTSS Facilitator to support the district's efforts in data-driven instruction and school improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with school leaders, teachers, and student services staff to establish and strengthen school-wide systems, structures, and processes.

• Develop and implement data-driven instruction strategies to support student learning and achievement.
• Collaborate with school leaders to identify school improvement goals and develop plans to achieve them.
• Provide coaching and professional development to teachers on data analysis and instructional planning.
• Monitor and analyze student data to inform instructional decisions and drive school-wide improvement.
• Work with the district's MTSS team to develop and implement district-wide initiatives and programs.
• Communicate effectively with school leaders, teachers, and parents to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the school improvement process.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a K-12 educational setting.
• One year of experience in a role associated with training, professional development, or conducting presentations.
• Active NC teaching license in education, administration, or student services, or eligible for NC DPI licensure.

• Master's degree in Education.
• Three years of experience in a role associated with training, professional development, or conducting presentations.

The MTSS Facilitator will work in a fast-paced educational environment and will be required to travel to schools and district offices as needed. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
