We are seeking a creative and innovative Lead Designer to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role is for a detail-oriented individual who can enhance our brand's visual identity and storytelling. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating compelling content that resonates with our audience and elevates our brand recognition.


Responsibilities:

• Collaboratively develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns with the creative team, covering both digital and traditional channels.

• Design and optimize our brand page on Amazon for improved visibility and sales.

• Work closely with the eCommerce team to design and enhance our Shopify storefront, ensuring a smooth user experience.

• Strategize and create packaging designs that reflect our brand and connect with our customers.

• Utilize 3D render files in Blender or similar software.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to create strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling.

• Cultivate a creative and collaborative environment within the team, encouraging new ideas and experimentation.

• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to keep our creative output ahead of the curve.

• Manage the creative workflow, setting deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

• Oversee the creation and optimization of Meta and Google Ads, email / sms campaigns, and other promotional pieces to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.

• Proven experience in creating and designing advertisements.

• Skilled in creating unique artwork to meet brand requirements.

• Experience with designing banner ads for digital marketing purposes.

• Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness through design.

• Proficient in designing brochures with a keen eye for detail.

• Experience in email design, with the ability to create visually engaging content.

• Able to work within brand guidelines to create cohesive designs.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

• Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
