Supplier Quality Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of supplier development and management initiatives.
- Proficiency with quality system methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, Lean, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, and ISO standards.
- Ability to manage supplier quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action responses.
- Skilled in using metrology tools to confirm parts meet engineering specifications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
