Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be providing strategic and operational HR support, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and fostering employee engagement. You will also ensure compliance with HR policies and practices, championing our values and mission.

Responsibilities:

• Offer guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design to promote operational excellence
• Foster employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives by partnering with facility leaders
• Act as the primary HR contact for the corporate office, addressing day-to-day HR needs
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for corporate and facility roles
• Collaborate with the Payroll & Benefits Administrator to ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration
• Build strong relationships with employees and leaders to foster a positive workplace culture
• Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and conduct investigations when required
• Ensure consistency in the application of HR policies across all locations
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across all locations
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and support audits
• Lead HR-related safety initiatives in collaboration with facility managers
• Identify training needs and deliver employee development programs in partnership with the Senior Director of HR
• Support leadership training and succession planning efforts across operational sites
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on workforce metrics.

• Bachelors degree required

• 7+ years of experience in a Human Resources role

• Proficient in Benefit Functions, able to develop and implement effective benefit strategies

• Strong Communication skills, capable of clearly conveying information and ideas

• Demonstrated experience in Compliance, ensuring all HR policies adhere to laws and regulations

• Expertise in Employee Relations, fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts

• Experience in Hiring Processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding

• Familiarity with Workday HR software, able to efficiently manage employee data and HR processes.
