We are a growing, family-owned, heavy civil construction company that has immediate openings for an experienced heavy civil construction superintendent to support our Washington and Idaho State operations.

We have an immediate need for a Project Manager in the greater Seattle region. Will assist with relocation.

Job Details



Successful candidates will have a minimum of 10+ years’ construction heavy civil experience in the public and private sectors, and large-scale heavy civil experience is required.

Experience in earthwork and underground utilities in both the public/private sectors is required. Experience in structural concrete, mechanical systems in transportation, dams/hydro, and water wastewater is welcomed.

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

The Project Manager will work within a collaborative project team to develop a project construction plan and address project constructability challenges. They will manage project progress through schedule updates and cost tracking, review and develop change order and force account pricing, support the project team through administrative responsibilities like submittals, RFI’s and correspondence.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple crews on multiple jobs, managing up to 25 persons
  • Experience with heavy civil projects.
  • Participate in training and adhere to strict safety policies
  • Be a proactive team member to achieve a high-quality completed product for our clients
  • Experience and working knowledge of heavy equipment & Trimble GPS systems
  • Experience using HCSS HeavyJob & HeavySafety

Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in the United States
  • Must have a recent work history and at least 10 years of verifiable work experience managing projects in a similar environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bending, twisting, and turning to complete manual labor tasks
