Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Fridays off)

Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator This is a rewarding opportunity to support residents and connect them with valuable social services in partnership with a local government department.

What You’ll Do:

Help residents meet community service requirements through guidance and support.
Collaborate with community partners and social service agencies to promote program success.
Maintain detailed, organized, and confidential program files and reports.
Conduct outreach to encourage participation in social services programs.
Serve as a liaison between the housing authority and local organizations.
Ensure compliance with HUD regulations, lease agreements, and community service standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Sociology, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience working with diverse populations, especially low-income communities.
Knowledge of local and regional social services and employment opportunities.
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Valid South Carolina driver’s license with insurability.
