Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking to add a Service Coordinator to the team The ideal candidate will have 2 years of scheduling, service coordinating, or dispatching experience. This is a full-time Monday through Friday, in-office position. Pay range $22-$25 per hour depending on experience. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate construction activities, including preparing work orders, build agreements, and notice to proceed packets.
  • Work closely with the project management team to develop and track project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines, including those set by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and other relevant authorities.
  • Maintain project files, logs, and documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of project designs, permits, and other necessary documentation.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Provide support in the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project performance databases and tracking systems.
  • Participate in project meetings, take and distribute meeting notes, and follow up on action items.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction coordination or a similar role.
  • Construction industry or similar is required. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. 
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
